Learn - Bitesize in-house training to equip your people with skills around mentoring, coaching, influencing and working with the next generation.
Test - Using this training by working with young people in our one-day upSKILL workshops, putting learning into practice to shape the development of others.
Embed - Facilitated reflection to cement outcomes for your people and identify how to take learning forward into their work.
