How Gateway Works

  • Step 1 - In-school Insight Session

We'll come into your school and help you learn more about the ethical finance sector and apprenticeship opportunities within Gatehouse Bank.

  • Step 2 - Assessment Day

If you're interested in exploring a career at Gatehouse Bank, you'll have the chance to attend an assessment day at the bank's London offices to showcase your skills and have a chance to be considered for an apprenticeship.

  • Step 3 - Career Mentoring

If you're selected from the assessment day, you'll be given a mentor within Gatehouse Bank who you'll meet in July and August. Helping you develop your knowledge of the bank and find the right pathway.

  • Step 4 - Apprenticeship

At the end of the career mentoring, there are five apprenticeships available across the bank's London and Milton Keynes offices in a variety of roles.
