About the Apprenticeships

National Living Wage
You'll be on the National Living Wage at an £18,000 salary, plus incredible benefits.

A Recognised Qualification
On completion, you'll achieve recognised qualifications that can give you a springboard to further learning and development in your careers.

Experience Different Roles
We have two apprenticeship pathways on offer - Account Executive and Junior Artworker - which give you varied opportunities to build your career with us.

Working with clients
As an apprentice on the RISE scheme, you can explore client service and creative areas of the business.
You’ll learn about the huge range of companies and organisations Emperor work with every day, with the likes of Channel 4, BT, Domino's and Hotel Chocolat, as can be seen in this short video.
The Pathway

School Workshop
We will deliver insight workshops in schools, alongside ambassadors from Emperor.

Assessment Day
The next step will be an Assessment Day at Emperor's Edinburgh offices in June 2025.

Interview and Selection
After the assessment day, if you've shown potential to be an apprentice with Emperor, we'll invite you back for an interview where you'll learn more about us and we can get to know you better.

Start Date
The Apprenticeship roles at Emperor will be starting in September.
